Villa Mica is situated close to the seacoast, at Novi Vinodolski. Pleasant surroundings are improved by a well kept environment and unspoiled nature, as well as a courtyard all around the house, with an array of Mediterranean flora of cedar and pine trees, fig trees, palm trees, century old mulberry trees, oleander bushes and a cascade of flower beds down the slope.

You can enjoy the beauties of nature while sunbathing on a wide garden terrace above the sea, with deckchairs for the purpose provided, or you can take a rest in the shadows of comfortably furnished garden huts.

There is a barbecue in the courtyard free to be used.
There is a grocer's some 150 m away, and the post-office, medical help and several banks are in the vicinity.

The sea and the beach are as close as 5 m, whereas the supervised sandy beach, with a swimming pool and sports facilities is within a pleasant walking distance along the coast.

In front of both the appartments there is a balcony overlooking the sea. There are separate entrances to each appartment.
